Check-in starts at 2:00 pm, and check-out is at 12:00 pm. Our front desk is open 24/7 to receive you any time after 2:00 pm. For early check-in or late check-out (upon hotel availability), please call the front desk (additional charges may apply). If you need to leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out, we provide a luggage area at no additional cost. 

Although individual hotel policies may vary, our hotels have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old. Please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Direct hotel phone numbers can be found in your confirmation email or on the respective hotel information page.

We provide baby cots and cribs to our guests traveling with infants. Simply ask the front desk agent when checking in or booking a room. The hotel restaurant also provides highchairs and booster seats upon request.

Our guests can pay directly at the front desk. We accept cash, all major credit / debit cards, and bank transfers. 

Please note all preferences and requests in the “Add comment” area when making a reservation. The hotel will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

Hotel room rates vary by date and number of adults occupying a single room. To accommodate more guests, you need to change your reservation. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to confirming your updated reservation.

The total rate, including additional charges and taxes appears on the "Reservation Summary". Rates displayed do not include charges for special requests.

Reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival, otherwise the first night will be charged.

Yes. If your travel plans change, you can cancel  your reservation, through sending a request to info@sunrise-resorts.com. And our commercial team will get back to you.

Yes, a credit card is required in order to guarantee reservations made online.
